Ever since the day I founded the Consumer Financial Services Group at Ballard Spahr in 1995, I’ve been on the lookout for the very best people to join our team. And I’ve been blessed with an embarrassment of riches—attorneys with the skill to handle complex regulatory and litigation matters during rapidly changing times, people who can see around the corner for our clients, giving them solutions that work now and in the future.
I struck gold with Chris Willis, our newest CFS Group partner, who joined our Atlanta office on Monday. Chris focuses on consumer financial services litigation, particularly class actions. He is our first CFS Group attorney in Atlanta, a move that signals the continuing expansion of our Group.
Chris has a nimble mind, a dedication to service and responsiveness, and a facility with and solid background in consumer financial services law that will enable him to service our clients.
I invite you to visit his bio. Chris will be a regular contributor to CFPB Monitor. Like the rest of our Group, he doesn’t mince words. As you can see from his bio, he has some unusual hobbies.
