If you are at the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section meeting in Washington, D.C. today, you should consider attending a fair lending program that I will be moderating. The program, entitled “You’ve Received Fair Warning on Fair Lending. Now What?”, will be held at 10:30 am at the Washington Hilton in the International Ballroom East, Concourse Level. Our panel will include Bryan Greene, General Deputy Assistant Secretary of HUD, Deepak Gupta of Gupta Beck (and formerly of the CFPB) and our own Chris Willis.
Another ABA program you should consider attending is entitled “Noel Canning, CFPB CIDS & Examinations-The Litigation Perspective,” which will be held tomorrow at 8:00 am in the same location. The panelists will include my colleague Stephanie Jackman.
We hope to see you there.
